Meet 11-year-old Jaspur. He was adopted by Ron Wickman 10 years ago from the older Elizabethton shelter when he was just about 1 year old. Saturday, November 5th, Ron brought 11-year-old Jaspur by to celebrate his birthday! How fun is this!? Such a joy to see a rescued pup all these years later.
Ron was the Morning Classical DJ for WETS in Johnson City in those days. Oh such a joy to have this kind of happy-tails visit!
